AIM MEMBERSHIP ELIGIBILITY

Individuals eligible for membership:
• Individuals between the ages 18 and 64 (If applying as a couple, both you and your spouse must be under 65) and dependent children under age 25.
• Individuals not in full-time service of the Armed Forces (military).
• Individuals not eligible for Medicare.
• Individuals not receiving disability benefits.

Below is a brief description of the available defined benefit health plans. For more specific and detailed information, please refer to your own individual health insurance policy.
