Do you understand the difference between "Acutal Cash Value (ACV)" and "Replacement Cost" in Your Tennessee Home Insurance Policy?

When "Actual Cash Value" is used, the owner of the home insurance policy will be reimbursed for the damaged property at its' "depreciated value".

Under the "Replacement Cost" coverage, the owner of the Tennessee home insurance policy is reimbursed an amount necessary to replace the damaged property with one of similar type and quality at "current prices".
